The 1920 census above shows Isidore Gast, his wife Rose and their children Pauline and Walter living in the same dwelling with Rose MANSBACH and her son Max in Newark. In support of the conclusion that Napthali's wife was born Reisel or Rosa Hollander, I note that a man named Hollander witnessed Max's naturalization papers:

Naphtali Ha Levy MANSBACH was born c. 1865 and was living in "Zepenck," (likely Rezeppenik) ,Poland at the time of the birth of his son Max in August 1900. He was "a deaf-mute" according to his family and he seems to have died in Poland at an early age. We dont have a picture of him but we know his name for sure from the monument of Max Mansbach to the right. We don't know Naphtali's father's name but I suspect that his father was a son of Jacob the Scribe and thus a brother of Isaac Joseph MANSBACH. He could also have been a brother of Simcha MANSBACH who doesn't show up on the org. chart.
Over time, the Gast's appear to have been the "sponsors" of members of Simcha MANSBACH's family as well as members of Naphtali MANSBACH's family--strongly suggesting a close relationship between the two families.
Max Mansbach was born August 5, 1900; he passed away in June 1964. He arrived in America on June 1, 1911 aboard the President Grant. His naturalization Petition identifies "Zepenck" [sic], then Austria, now Poland, as his last place of residence. This is a critical piece of evidence, which seemingly places Max's family in Rzepennik, Poland, the same small town where many generations of the family of Jacob the Scribe MANSBACH lived. On that basis alone, it appears that the modern day Naphtali MANSBACH family are related to the family of Jacob the Scribe.
Some time before 1911, Max married his wife Mary or Miriam Cohen. He worked at several occupations, including an egg route in Newark, New Jersey and the manager of a store. In 1927, he had a son named Norman Jack MANSBACH named after Naphtali MANSBACH. In 1931, Max's second son, Bernard MANSBACH was born. Max passed away in 1964.
Above, Bernard MANSBACH
Rose Mansbach (born Reisel Wachs) was the daughter of Wolf Wachs and Golde Wymiszner. She and Naftali only had two children- Emil and Herman. Emil was Menachem Mendel, and became Max. He died in 1964. Hermann was Shmuel Chaim, became Samuel, and died in 1965.
Rose's brother in law was Isidore Gast; William was a different member of the Gast family entirely. Isidore was the son of Josef Gast and Fruma Nobel, and was married to Rose's sister Rivka nee nee Wachs, who also became Rose. William Gast was the cousin of Josef Gast, and was married to Molly nee Mansbach (the daughter of Simcha).
Rose Wachs Mansbach then married Tobias Hollander. These two families are incredibly intertwined; Rose Wachs Mansbach's sister Sara was married to Tobias's brother Isidore, her sister Mollie was married to Elias Rose/Reisel, Rose/Rivka, and Sarah Wachs' mother, Golde, was also and Isidore's maternal first cousin.
In addition, Tobias's daughter Frieda with his first wife married Isidore Gast's brother Max, and Tobias's daughter Jennie married their cousin, also called Isidore Gast. Their sister Rose also married her first cousin, Maney.

There are seven MANSBACH families today that descend from one of the following MANSBACHs:
Isadore Gast's wife "Jennie" identified as Rose GAST and Rose and Max MANSBACH staying with them
Naphtali Ha Levy Mansbach
c.1865-c.1905
This letter is important because it notes that Shlomo Peretz/Sam Mansbach relayed to his daughter that the MANSBACH's were of German Jewish ancestry. I also find it interesting that Naphtali named two of his children Emil and Hermann, which seemingly points to MANSBACH's with German [paternal?] ancestry as Napthali's grandparents.
MANSBACHs who are related to the above but did not emigrate from Poland include:

Shlomo Peretz MANSBACH was one of four MANSBACHs with the identical double name. Clearly, he was named for other MANSBACHs who preceded him. In the U.S. he went by the name Sam MANSBACH. He was married to Sarah, residing in Bergen County, New Jersey. In 1930, the census notes that he was a grocer in his own store. He had a daughter, Florence MANSBACH Pesile, who married Rocco Pesile in 1941.
Rosa/Reisel Hollander MANSBACH wife of Naphtali MANSBACH
c. 1875-c.1945
Rosa or Rose MANSBACH nee Reisel HOLLANDER was the wife and subsequently the widow of Naphtali MANSBACH. Ellis Island immigration records show that Rosa MANSBACH arrived at Ellis Island from Turza, Poland in June 1911 aboard the President Grant. Rosa came to America with two children: Hermann, born ca. 1902 and Emil, born ca. 1903. The ship's manifest states that Rosa was going to be staying with her brother-in-law Isidore (or Wolfe or Willie) GAST. The 1920 Census identifies Rosa then "Rose" MANSBACH as the mother of Max MANSBACH but Emil and Hermann are not identified as living with them. It is very possible they were deceased by that time. Florence Pesile MANSBACH, the daughter of Max MANSBACH said that her father had two brothers who died before World War I. it is likely that these were Emil and Hermann MANSBACH.
Turza, Poland is less than a mile from Rezeppenik and a few miles from Gorlice, the homes of generations of MANSBACHs from the family of Jacob the Scribe. I believe the Naphtali MANSBACH and the Isaac Joseph MANSBACH families are inter-related; all are Levyim; and all descend from the family of Jacob the Scribe. But it seems impossible to determine the exact relationship between the families based on the information available in 2019.
Shlomo Peretz or Sam Mansbach 1899-c.1940
Rosa MANSBACH the widow of Naphtali headed to the Gast residence
Ryvkah, later Ruth MANSBACH daughter of Simcha says she is headed to her sister "Mollie Gast's house. As far as I can tell, Ryvkah has identified Jennie Hollander Gast as a sister when she clearly is not, so as to have a sponsor in the U.S. This shows a relationship between the Simcha and Naphtali MANSBACH families.
